Hello!
When I connect phone to PC by USB, PC don't see new record files in Ext card.
After turn off and turn on phone files appear.

Make sure you are checking the current folder specified under the storage path setting. If that's the folder, and you still can't see the files, then it's a phone issue, and you should ask on a forum specific to that phone. Good luck!

Just got Dailyroads and for some reason even though I set the storage path to /sdcard/dailyroads it keeps saving to the phone instead.

The /sdcard path is for a card, but on some phones that card is internal. You'd need to find out the path to the external card, and specify that in the settings.

The files are there, but it probably takes a while for Windows to go through all the files on the card. You may be able to speed up this process by re-scanning the card with an app like: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uberullu.rescansd
